Where do sessions take place?
Sessions can take place in a number of places.
1. We can meet in my office, always a good option. My office is centrally located in the Wash Park neighborhood of Denver.
2. We can meet out and about. This can include a walking session in your neighborhood or a local park. These are often called Stroller Sessions.
3. In your home. Whether you are at the end of your pregnancy or at home with a new baby, I understand that getting out can be a challenge. That said, a session in your home is an option!
4. Following an in-person intake session, I am happy to offer virtual sessions. I use a HIPAA compliant site that allows for you to both stay at home and have a confidential session.

Mama Wellness Co. is an Out of Network provider, meaning I do not contract directly with insurance companies. When insurance is billed for therapy services, a diagnosis is required for coverage. If you are interested in utilizing your insurance coverage, I am happy to provide you with paperwork that you can submit to your insurance provider following a session. If this is an avenue you would like to take, I always recommend contacting your insurance company to gather an understanding of what your Out of Network benefits are.
